Revolutionizing the treatment of COPD

OUR STORY

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a debilitating condition in which chronic inflammation of the lung airways leads to difficulty breathing.  Despite continued advancement in therapies, many patients cannot be adequately managed via currently available medications and pulmonary rehabilitation.  To address this unmet clinical need, Ryme Medical is developing a catheter-based therapy that seeks to reduce symptoms and improve long-term outcomes in patients with COPD.

TEAM

SMALL TEAM. BIG VISION.

Our vision is clear – to reduce the suffering of patients with COPD.  Our desire to improve the lives of patients struggling with this debilitating disease drives all our thoughts and actions.  We couple this mindset with our commitment to integrity, quality, rapid device iteration and evidenced based medicine in hopes that our novel therapy will one day improve the lives of millions of people.  To achieve this ambitious goal, we have assembled a seasoned team with years of experience and a history of success developing new therapeutic products.
